Made it back from Arisia this morning. It was a fun time, although the weather did put a damper on the celebrations. The intense cold and wind discouraged us from exploring the city, and then the snowstorm meant that many people left early or didn't make it. I only saw Wen Spencer long enough to say "Hi!" and some of the locals went home early Saturday and didn't make it in at all on Sunday. I did get to spend time with Tee Morris, Tony Ruggiero, Walter Hunt and Rich White, among others.
The panels I was on were fun, and the hotel staff couldn't have been more accomodating, given the difficult circumstances Sunday. Jennifer Dunne and I decided we'd wait till 3PM before making a decision on stay another night or head out, and when the time came we got on the road. Drove about 4 hours and then spent the night at her parents' house, before heading back home this morning.
A good weekend, if once again a tad short on sleep.
