Thanks to [livejournal.com profile] jennifer_dunne for brightening my day with What to do in the event of snakes on a plane. If only all airline safety briefings were this candid.

OMG. That is too funny. For some reason, I find the entries about flailing and self sacrifice to particularly amusing.

The flailing was hysterical. I can just hear a flight attendant reading this aloud in that bored "You're all going to die and I won't care" voice that they use for these briefings.

I can't wait for that movie. I'm pathologically excited about it.

It will undoubtedly be the greatest movie ever. The only sadness is that you can't drink in the theater while watching it--any drinking games will have to wait until the DVD release.

Sure you can. You just need to be sneaky. I recommend placing a small bottle of Wild Turkey in your pocketbook, grabbing a straw from concessions, and using it to sip booze from your purse. (This is how I tried to get through The Two Towers, to no avail.) Or maybe we'll get lucky and it'll be playing at the Premium Cinema in Framingham, which has a full bar!

A full bar? I am insanely jealous.
