US Employee outsources his job to China.

It's kind of awesome. Alas the scheme would never work for me, since my day job involves constant telecons.

I'd say he's management material, since he was able to manage outsourcing without a drop in quality at all.

On one hand, I'm laughing hysterically. On the other, I'm thinking about all the companies who would use this as an excuse to fire their US staff. :-P

It is funny in the "man bites dog" vein.

What's interesting about this is that his job was described as a security sensitive job not eligible for overseas outsourcing. Otherwise his company would have probably outsourced it on their own.
