Beer and Blue M&M's, just what the doctor ordered

Guinness actually is good for you. News story suggesting that Guinness has the same health benefits as low dose aspirin in preventing clots that lead to heart attacks. Note that you must drink stout, not a lager. I'm planning to volunteer to test out the potential benefits of porters, brown ales and IPAs.

Blue dye in M&M's helps reduce damage from spinal injuries. So far only tested in mice, but the mice also turn a lovely shade of blue so this is a twofer.

I wonder if sufficient blue M & Ms would make my hair blue? I've always felt it was my natural colour....

I've also yearned for blue locks, specifically electric blue anime-style hair. But my guess is that we'd need to eat a metric ton of blue m&m's to get the necessary dosage.
