Hey September, I wasn't quite expecting you. Where did Summer go? Oh wait, I remember, it was eaten by the Great Ankle Incident of 2010.

Now don't get me wrong-- if time heals all then I wouldn't mind a fast forward to the point where I could reliably walk and stand for more than a few minutes at a time. But I'm still regretting all the things I didn't get to do this summer, so a refund would be nice. Just send me a check for weekends of great biking weather, a getaway to the Finger Lakes wineries, hiking in the gorges, and time spent visiting friends. And let's never do this again, okay?

Sorry to hear that things didn't work out so much this summer. Did you get a chance to get some board gaming in?

Very little gaming this summer-- everyone's schedules are just too crazed in the nice weather. But with fall approaching I expect we'll get back in a routine.

I'd like a refund on this summer too, our weather was crummy and not very summer like even for the Pacific North Wet.

There ought to be a bailout program where you could apply for a refund for the defective days.

Made me laugh!

I bet you guys back East wouldn't mind siphoning off some of your HOT for some our cool and rainy (like yesterday where it bucketed rain and was a shivery 58 degrees. In August.).
It would balance out so nicely.

I can help you with the Finger Lakes. Free lodging, provided you do not mind fighting the cat for the guest room.
