My new career as a house pet

pbrayIn New Hampshire this weekend, visiting Stacey and Nick at their new house. It's even nicer than the in process pictures on the web hinted at, and extremely quiet. 7 acres in the countryside will do that :-)
Stacey's trying to convince me to move up to the area. Nick has offered to refurbish the barn that came with the property into a suitable writer's retreat, or I could take over one of their guest bedrooms. There's wireless, good coffee, a wine cellar and people who like to cook.
It's a tempting offer. They're taking me out for a beer tour of the area later on, to see if they can clinch the deal.
