In a recent TV interview, Kirsan Ilyumzhinov, president of Kalymkia Region in southern Russia, recounted how he'd once been abducted by aliens and taken aboard their spaceship. Now members of the Russian parliament are questioning his fitness to govern, including one MP, concerned that Ilyumzhinov may have passed on state secrets, who now wants to know if there are official guidelines for what government officials should do if contacted by aliens.

I don't know what's scarier, that someone in government would start spouting that, or that the response is "what did he tell the aliens?".

If they wanted originality, there should have been attack robots in that story instead of aliens, right?
