Enough duct tape, and I imagine you could do without the tranquilizers.

(Heck, just threatening to rip the tape off -- along with the hanks of hair -- would be enough to keep me in line).

Good point. Perhaps the tranquilizers are for the rest of the crew to take, after they secure the problem crew member?
