A resounding thud is heard

Revised 20 chapters in 48 hours. The benefit of the "revise as you go" writing method is that final revisions can be blitzed through.

Manuscript has been e-mailed to New York. As soon as I pressed the send key I panicked, which is typical.

The book is absolute crap. It sucks rocks. There are a handful of sentences that I don't completely loathe but the rest of it should be burned. Which is typically how I feel having finished a book, so this isn't a new experience for me. Give me a couple of weeks and I won't hate it (as much), but for now, I'm glad to see the back of it.

Yup. In fact it's so hot I left the stupid footer on that has the date & timestamp, which I used to track my revisions. Oops!

Went out for lovely dinner tonight. Sweet potato gnocchi, mmmm. Massage in my future, along with other treats such as finding time for a haircut and catching up on laundry :-)
