Whoosh! Another weekend zooms by

As always, I accomplished only a fraction of the things I meant to do this weekend.
It started with dinner Friday night with a friend, followed by the Binghamton First Friday art walk, where we dropped by the release party for Lo-Fi Resistance's debut CD a deep breath. Cool progressive rock, well worth checking out.
Then it was up at OMG Saturday morning to load databases, followed by a trip to the gym with April. Later I found time for lunch at the Lost Dog, a trip to Wegmans for groceries, and working on a short story.
Today it was more writing, followed by running errands, where I failed due to forgetting that stores would be closed for bunny day. Did get in a hike at the Glen, then returned home and tackled the tax monster. Printed out the returns, and now I just need to double-check the inputs before I press the send button.
Spring cleaning did not happen, nor did the "chuck out the junk" decluttering that I'd hoped for. But I did make progress on the two major items--taxes and the short story, so I guess I'll count this one as a win.
