Better than coffee

Checking mail before I started today's writing session, I heard from a fan who wanted to let me know that he'd read my first trilogy multiple times and couldn't wait for the new book. A wonderful way to start my day, even better than caffeinated coffee.

Now, off to the trenches.

Do you write only on weekends?

Most of my writing is done on weekends. It just works out that way with the day job--most nights by the time I come home I'm too mentally drained to write.

That will be changing as book crunch time is upon me. I may try waking up early and trying to squeeze in a little writing each day before I head off to work. We'll see how that goes--I'm not a morning person my nature but you do what you have to do.
