pbrayWriting: 3,561 words today. The end is so close I can taste it.
Other miscellaneous thoughts:
1) Critique partner confirmed that Lady Ysobel does indeed have the best scenes. I expect the other viewpoint characters are going to gang up and beat the crap out of her. I'll check the printed manuscript tomorrow for suspicious creases and torn pages.
2) Began scientific study of words written per single serving of Pepperidge Farm Double Chocolate Milanos versus Pringles Light Crisps. So far the milanos are winning, but clearly more study is needed.

Date: 2005-05-30 01:10 am (UTC)After all, there may be a minimum effective consumption size. You might need 4 milanos before useful words are produced. Although more words would be produced per serving, that's not the same number of words that would be produced if only the single-serving two cookies were consumed.
An entire bag, as I know from experience, will put you to sleep and you'll get no words written. Or maybe that's just me. And has more to do with the wine served with the milanos.
Obviously, much more study is needed.
