Denvention update-- I now have tickets to see the Colorado Rockies game Tuesday night with my sister. As you can see, I've got my priorities straight. The rest of the arrangements can wait.

Possibly, depending on which game and how my schedule looks. I knew Tuesday night was feasible so wanted to get that booked ahead of time, and since my sister is a baseball fanatic, this seemed like a great way to spend time together.

Or to rephrase, yes I'd love to see a second game, and to go with someone who'd be interested in hitting the infield microbrews stands. But it depends on schedule--I'm still negotiating with day job when I'll have to be working while at the con.

Truth be told, while I would like to see a game, it's not vital. Work out your schedule, and here's hoping.

I'm really sorry that you need to work during your vacation. I'm probably lucky that so far nothing has reared its ugly head as far as my day job's concerned.

Not the best situation, but it could be worse.

As it gets closer, we need to make firm plans to meet up. I missed too many folks at WFC last year thinking that I'd run into them at the con and make plans, so have learned my lessons for this year.
