She looks so much bigger on the internet
Aug. 11th, 2009 10:19 amI'm the latest victim guest in Travis Heermann's author interview series, and you can read my interview here. At the bottom is a link to his previous interviews which are worth checking out.
In other news, Joshua Palmatier and I have been working on a top secret project to make bar crawls tax-deductible. Still top secret, but if you'd like to send good thoughts our way it will be appreciated.
Still miserably hot here, but Sunday afternoon April, Tracy and I packed up our laptops and headed over to Panera to get some writing in. Nothing like having someone sitting next to you to keep you honest--
April: "Is that freecell on your screen?"
Patricia: "It helps me think!"
Tracy: "I'm doing a synopsis, so the rest of you should suffer, too. Or write."
Patricia: "Um, yeah." *types* "Look, 500 words!"
Tracy: "SYNOPSIS!"
April: "Facebook count?"
Patricia & Tracy: "NO!"
I managed close to 1,000 words. Next time we're bringing iPods to help tune out distractions and sweaters to deal with the overenthusiastic A/C.
Meanwhile, back at the ranch, this should be the last night I have to work this close. Crossing fingers!
