Home again, home again, jiggety jig

Back from New Hampshire. Had a great time at Odyssey (more on that later), plus spent weekend with my friends Stacey & Nick. Ostensibly I was there to do a training ride with Stacey to get in shape for the upcoming Prouty cancer ride, but the real attraction was of course:



Puppy! Dempsey, who is 9 weeks old. He'd only been with his new family for a few days when I arrived, but he took my presence in stride and was happy to let me play with him.

And yes, he's at the not quite coordinated, paws too big for his body, but so darn cute that you can't stay mad even when he's just peed on the floor stage. I was tempted to dognap him, but knew he'd never last the 6 hour drive back to my place.
