There and back again

Back from visit to Connecticut. After family stuff was done yesterday, managed to hit three bookstores, plus another one served as the break stop on the drive home today. Despite my best intentions to treat myself to a bit of retail therapy, I bought only a single mass market paperback yesterday. Today I managed to pick up a couple of hardcovers, so I cracked $50 for the weekend, but it was hard work.

I feel I've failed my patriotic duty to help jump start the retail economy.

Anyway, survived the trip which was difficult but not as bad as I'd feared. Got some things to work through in my head, but hey, what else is new?
