Not a writing post

It's been a while since I posted about a writing related topic on this journal, and I suspect it will be a while longer before I do. I haven't been in the headspace where I felt I had anything useful or inspirational to offer, and I think there's limited value to repetitive daily posts along the lines of "Moved boulder up hill today, 4 inches forward, 2 inches back for a net gain of 2 inches."

I think I need an icon of a police officer saying "Nothing to see here, move along now."

Hopefully this will change once the current project is finished. In the meantime, you can expect to see more posts about the other things that consume my life, starting with a few posts on the recent bike trip, once I find the trip notebook.
