Today was a good day. Wrote for a bit in the morning, went in to work where the project details were finally waiting for me so I could add my corrections and get set for tomorrow. Then went to friend's house for Sunday dinner. I have the highest respect for people who cook, and actually assemble food out of raw ingredients. After that I went and did errands. Completely failed to buy a stereo system-- found what I wanted but all they had left in stock was the much abused display model. Consoled myself with books and hot chocolate at Barnes & Noble, then came back and wrote for a couple more hours.

Writing: 2,434 words. Introduced the new character. There are horses, male bonding, and a dinner with honeyed quinces.

Reading: Added Dreams Made Flesh by Anne Bishop and Metallic Love by Tanith Lee to my TBR stack.

Listening: Dug out my Enya CD's. Oddly enough I'm missing Shepherd Moons, which I know I used to own. Wonder where it wandered off to? If it doesn't turn up soon I'll have to replace it.

Disclaimer of the week: I've never used Frienditto, nor do I have any intention of starting to use it. I'd never even heard of it before disclaimers started popping up on friend's LJ's.
