Anyway, here's how I'm doing on the novel_in challenge:

Total since June 1st: 79,750

So damn close. 2-3 scenes left. Hopefully this weekend.

Hooray for half days!

Took a half day from work today, to catch up on things. Managed to bike, run errands, and write an entire chapter. Two sets of storylines were neatly tied up--it's a wonderful feeling to wrap up character arcs that have been building across the entire trilogy.

For those keeping score at home, I finally resolved the Josan/Lucius situation. And no, I'm not telling you how, you'll have to buy the book to find out.

By my reckoning there's only one scene left to write. We'll see if I'm correct tomorrow.

Now it's time for Friday night gaming with the monsters.
