I trust my friends will understand

I went to look at condos this weekend with a friend, and upon seeing the giant walk-in closet in the master bedroom, my first thought was "If this was my place, all my clothes would fit in the guest closet, and then I could use this room for a library."

You could always expand your inching-closer, daydreamy ideas to include commutable-to-Boston too, yes? Southern NH is lovely!

Well Hanover is only 2 hours from Southern NH, which makes it a heck of a lot closer than Binghamton....
