Anyone recommendations for a livejournal backup program?

I've been using ljarchive.
But the not-quite-that dire is good to know--I don't wanna leave! :-)

I just used LJ's own archive download, which took about 15 minutes to download 4 years, so not too bad. I'm on a Mac, so would also appreciate any advice.

Thanks for another vote on ljarchive. I definitely don't want to leave either, but having backups is never a bad idea.
