Still life, with lizards

Writing: 1,333 words today. Still off my pace and not happy. I'd like to blame the half-hour call with my sister for breaking my train of thought and getting me out of the writing headspace, but there's more to it than that. Here's hoping tomorrow is a better day.

Reading: Finished Moon Called by Patricia Briggs earlier this week. Fabulous urban fantasy, and when I bugged her she assured me that the sequel is indeed finished so I have that to look forward to.
